“I spend about a week here, for the receptionist saff, they aren't so polite to customers, it didn't look different talking to other clients, but one person at the reception stands out and seems to be making the difference, Mara, she has a listening ears before responding. Others seem to always be on the defensive or offensive before one ever offer a word. I don't know how receptionnist staff are trained here. But the manager had to intervened before they could listen to my complaint before responding. Keep up Mara, you are making the difference. I will give 5Stars however for the location and the homelike nature of this apart hotel but must importantly 7stars to Mara for making a difference.”
“Aparthotel Adagio Paris 19ᵉ, Cité de la Musique, felt like a comfy home base. The front‑desk staff were genuinely friendly and gave useful tips right away. My studio on the 8th floor was bright, clean, and had a nice view of the courtyard and, when the sky was clear, the Paris rooftops. The hallway up there was surprisingly quiet, so I could relax or work without street noise. One morning a false fire alarm went off, but the team stayed calm and kept us updated while they fixed the issue. Their professional handling turned a small inconvenience into a non‑event. All in all, friendly service, a pleasant room with a view, a quiet floor, and solid staff response make me eager to book again.”
“We’ll definitely be back :) I don’t understand how this accommodation doesn’t have an even higher rating yet. It’s absolutely exceptional. I love Paris and I’m certain I’ll always come back here. The staff is efficient, warm, and friendly. Everything is brand new, comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. The beds are large and incredibly comfortable, the place is quiet, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The location is another major highlight: metro, tram, and buses right next door, with quick and easy connections to anywhere in Paris. The neighborhood is authentic, with reasonable prices and a real local atmosphere—like a traditional Parisian neighborhood. Just a few steps away you’ll find: – La Tradition du Bon Pain, a must for delicious sweet and savory treats. – A very well-stocked supermarket. – The lovely café Au Petit Pot. – An Asian restaurant in the same small street and a takeaway pizza spot. Paris is always a good idea. This accommodation even more so.”
“This is a decent hotel with its own kitchen, bath instead of a shower, and a good location in the 19th district. I would like to mention the wonderful employee Regis! He was very attentive.”
“The room is good, has all the amenities. The wifi is bad really bad. Its an open wifi for all. Rest everything is ok. They do not store luggage for more than a day to be noted. I stayed for three weeks, and I had to keep my bag for 2 days, but probably that's not the policy they follow. Apart from that they have a gym and other paid amenities too. The room is not cleaned if you are staying less than 8 days.”
